The Committee for Economic Development of the City Administration of Murmansk informs that since 24 to 25 September 2015 in Dmitrov, Moscow region, the first international economic forum "Development of municipal units is the guaranty of the economical growth of the country” will be held.
Organizers: State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russian Federation, Moscow region Government, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, etc.

The purpose of the Forum is to promote social and economic development of municipal units of Russia, to discuss approaches and instruments of investment attractiveness of municipalities.

The business program includes roundtables on topics of interaction between business and government, the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, urban development, tourism development, reorganization of housing and communal services, development of education and health, protection of motherhood and childhood, energy efficiency, modernization of industrial sectors and many others; presentations, business discussions; and the program is accompanied by cultural and sports programs. In addition, it includes visits to the enterprises of Dmitrov district, which became a spectacular example of successful investing, holding of workshops where participants can share their knowledge and gain new interesting information.

If desired, forum participants can place expositions in one of the following sections:
- The programs of urban and rural development;
- The programs of small and medium-sized business support;
- Advanced technologies used in urban and rural economy (energy, transport, construction and so on);
- The positive experience of solving social problems;
- The development of tourism;
- Generation of the brand of municipality;
- The successful practice of cooperation between the authorities, business and citizens in solving local problems; activity of the Councils of society;
- Best examples of the practice of territorial public authorities;
- etc.

The event is particularly relevant in connection with the tasks of import substitution, the implementation of anticrisis measures and attracting investment.

The forum is planned to take part over 200 municipal units of Russia, more than 100 investors, including foreign partners from 30 countries.
