01.04.2015 the Murmansk Center of Business Development of Sberbank of Russia with the support of the Committee of Industry and Enterprise Development of the Murmansk region held a joint webinar of the Organizing Committee of the «Annual Public Award "Regions - Sustainable Development" and OJSC "Sberbank of Russia". The theme of this webinar is the development of investment activity in the real sector of economy of the Murmansk region in the frame of implementation of the Plan of priority measures for sustainable economic development and social stability in 2015, approved by the Decree of the Government of Russian Federation № 98-p from 27.01.2015, the Program of Support of investment projects implemented on the territory of the Russian Federation on the basis of project financing, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation № 1044 from11.10.2014.

In the webinar, which was attended by the representatives of municipal authorities and economic entities of the city and the region, were presented the mechanisms of the interaction between the initiators of investment projects applying for government support, the Committee of Industry and Enterprise Development of the Murmansk region - the regional coordinator of the competition, the Organizing Committee of the competition, investment funds with the state participation and OJSC "Sberbank of Russia".

The interaction scheme in the implementation of investment projects with state aid / state participation proposed by OJSC "Sberbank of Russia" and the Organizing Committee of the competition allows to receive applications and evaluate projects with minimum value of 50 million rubles, including ones being at the stage of start-up, for making a decision on possible options for state support and the provision of funding on special terms in the presence of own funds of the project initiator in an amount not less than 10% of the declared value of the project.

Applications are granted in all the branches of OJSC "Sberbank of Russia" and the Committee of Industry and Enterprise Development of the Murmansk region. Formation of a full package of documents for review by the Organizing Committee and the evaluation procedure are strictly regulated. Review of the investment project until the preparation of investment agreement on the basis of the decision of the Supervisory Board of the Organizing Committee takes 3.5 months.

The next meeting of the Supervisory Board on the selection of investment projects with state aid / state participation for provision of funding on special terms will be held in June. In this regard, interested business entities, being the initiators of the investment projects, are recommended to submit the application in April this year for the timely preparation of the required documents.
