The Murmansk Region Development Corporation has been recognized as one of the most effective organizations working with investors in Russia. According to the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies, the regional Development Corporation is included in the highest group "A".   

Starting this year, the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies has been conducting an independent assessment of the quality of work of regional specialized organizations working with investors. To date, 10 regions have already been assessed, six of which have confirmed a high level of quality and demonstrated high service in working with potential investors.   

Among the best, experts noted a super organization working with investors from the Murmansk Region. As a result of the study, the regional Development Corporation confirmed a high level of work with investors, scoring 84%, which corresponds to the highest group "A". The experts also noted the high quality of the service provided to investors (88%).   

"Conducting an independent assessment of regional specialized organizations helps to increase the level of investor confidence in the region. The indicators of the Murmansk Region are high, some of the best among the specialized organizations that have been assessed to date. "Some areas of the Development Corporation's activities will be recommended to other regions as best practices," noted Rafael Khusyainshin, Executive Director of NAAIR.  

The assessment is a broad comprehensive diagnostic aimed at checking the efficiency and quality of services provided to investors. It is carried out on 80 performance indicators and takes into account existing best practices. As part of the assessment, real investors conduct a "secret purchase," which allows assessing the work of the "front office" of the regional special organization. Separately, as a positive factor influencing work with investors in the region, experts noted the high level of involvement of the Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrey Chibis in activities to promote the investment potential of the region.   

"Andrey Chibis actively participates in events, signs agreements with large investors, periodically holds meetings on the implementation of various projects," said Rafael Khusyainshin.   

In addition, according to the results of the National ASI Rating, the Development Corporation of the Murmansk Region improved its indicators this year.
