An investment committee has been created in the Murmansk region as part of the implementation of a regional investment standard
The Government of the Murmansk Region continues systematic work on the implementation of the Regional Investment Standard.
The key task of the established Investment Committee of the Murmansk Region is to resolve disagreements and disputes between investors and bodies of various levels and authorized organizations on issues of implementing investment projects in the Murmansk Region in a pre-trial manner, as well as to create favorable conditions for conducting investment activities and protecting the rights and legitimate interests of investment entities.
The committee, headed by the Governor of the Murmansk Region, included representatives of the region’s executive bodies, representative offices/branches of business associations and resource supply organizations.
“Creating favorable conditions for doing business in the region is a critical task, and the implementation of the Regional Investment Standard in the Murmansk Region will further facilitate this,” noted Olga Kuznetsova, Deputy Governor of the Murmansk Region.
