The Murmansk Regional Museum of Local History provides a 20% discount on excursion services, a 5% discount is provided at the Murmansk Regional Drama Theater when purchasing a ticket for a performance from the current repertoire, except for touring events.

Northerners who hold a resident card under 30 years of age can visit the Murmansk Regional Philharmonic on favorable terms.

Upon presentation of the Unified Resident Card, a special price applies to sessions of health swimming in the Murmansk swimming pool: 310 rubles for a 45-minute session, and in the Ice Palace - a special price for mass skating: 230 rubles for an hour-long session. The Stroitel skating rink also offers special conditions - a 10% discount on the entrance ticket.

In Severomorsk, there is a 5% discount on cycling training at the Begoveliki club, in Kirovsk, the Gornyak sports complex offers special conditions for purchasing memberships, and the Center for Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism in Umba offers a 5% discount on entrance tickets to the gym and skating rink.

Schoolchildren and students can also use the card as a pass to some educational, sports and cultural institutions in the Murmansk region.

Volunteers of the Arctic region can receive additional bonuses when using the EKZh, as the minister said. The personal accounts of cardholders registered on the Dobro.ru portal display information on the number of hours devoted to volunteer work, as well as the history of participation in events. Previously, the resident card was integrated with the Molodaya Arktika portal to combine the loyalty programs of the two services. Hours of volunteer work are conveniently converted into points and transferred to the user's wallet on the youth portal. Thus, when converting hours into points for the first time, 1 point is awarded for 1 hour. Subsequently, 50 points are awarded for each hour of volunteer work.

The implementation of the project "Unified Resident Card of the Murmansk Region" began in October 2022 as part of the strategic plan "Living in the North".
