In December, Murmansk will host the Days of Creative Industries of the Murmansk Region "Invented in the Arctic". The event, organized by the Agency for the Development of Creative Industries of the Murmansk Region (ARCI), will bring together representatives of key sectors of the region's creative economy. 

Over the course of two days, December 18 and 19, the forum will become a platform for discussing the role of the creative economy, exchanging best practices, and presenting promising projects aimed at developing the Kola Arctic. The events of the Days of Creative Industries will be attended by Olga Obukhova, Minister of Culture of the Murmansk Region, Vitaly Stavitsky, President of the Union of Designers of Russia, Tatyana Lopatkina, business coach, Olga Parle, fashion designer and founder of the Parle Fashion House, as well as other leading federal and regional industry experts.

At the plenary session, experts from the fields of design, fashion, museum affairs, and film production will present successful cases and talk about how a creative approach helps to unlock the potential of the Murmansk Region. Participants of the ARKI educational program "Creative Business Laboratory" will present projects developed during the training. In addition, experts will also discuss modern trends and approaches that allow us to link cultural heritage with innovations, which will open up new opportunities for the region. Particular attention in the sections will be given to discussing the role of education in the development of creative industries in the Arctic. 

The second of the Creative Industries Days will feature a strategic session, where participants will discuss how creative industries can become conductors of meaning, help shape the identity of the region and open up new creative and economic prospects for the Murmansk Region. The focus will also be on developing a single brand "Invented in the Arctic" and discussing the most successful business models and support measures for the creative economy in the region.
