Roundtable on the development of creative industries united business, education and government
As part of the Murmansk Region Entrepreneurship Days, a round table dedicated to the development of creative industries in the region was held at the My Business Center.
The event was attended by entrepreneurs from the Kola Arctic, representatives of educational institutions, regional business support infrastructure, and executive authorities overseeing the creative sphere.
The event became a platform for an open dialogue between key market players. During the lively discussion, mechanisms for grant support for the creative sector, existing and planned measures of financial assistance to entrepreneurs were discussed. The participants paid special attention to the presentation of the program for the development of the regional cluster of Northern Design until 2030.
An important outcome of the meeting was the definition of the prospects for creative industries in the region. The participants emphasized the need for close interaction between educational institutions and the business community to train personnel who meet current market demands. Key vectors for the development of the sector for the coming years were also outlined.
"Such initiatives contribute to the formation of a sustainable ecosystem for entrepreneurs, stimulate the growth of the creative economy and strengthen intersectoral cooperation in the region," said Vladimir Popov, Head of the Cluster Development Center of the Murmansk Region.
