Tourist infrastructure

The Murmansk Region has started collecting applications for state support for public initiatives and projects of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs aimed at developing tourism infrastructure in the region. The acceptance of documents will last until May 29, 2025.

The implementation of projects may be aimed at developing national tourist routes of the Arctic, including:
- development and modernization of tourist resources as part of a national tourist route (non-capital construction), including their adaptation to the needs of persons with disabilities;
- production and installation of elements of the navigation system of national tourist routes;
- installation or development of tourist information centers (forms of non-capital construction);
- acquisition and installation of sanitary modules.

The amount of the subsidy provided to one recipient cannot exceed 7 million rubles.

The project may also be aimed at creating camping accommodation facilities, purchasing appropriate equipment, developing residential and recreational areas, equipping sanitary facilities, ensuring access for people with disabilities, and creating a visual information and navigation system.

The amount of the subsidy for a given direction cannot exceed 10 million rubles.

Co-financing of own funds is not less than 50% of the project cost. Legal entities (except for non-profit organizations that are state (municipal) institutions) and individual entrepreneurs operating in the Murmansk region can participate in the competition for a subsidy. The project implementation period is until the end of the current year.
