The Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region, together with the Murmansk Region Export Support Center, informs entrepreneurs about the possibility of finding potential foreign buyers with the help of the Russian Export Center’s representative offices abroad.

Representative offices of JSC REC abroad are intended to support and promote Russian products on international markets.

Representative offices of the Russian Export Center are located in  17 countries : Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Egypt, Iran, Saudi Arabia, UAE, China, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Indonesia.

Representative offices of JSC REC abroad help promote the interests of Russian exporters in foreign markets, assist in finding foreign partners and support the negotiation process.

You can find potential buyers in the countries where we operate by using the Russian Export Center’s “Buyer Search” service.

As part of the service, specialists of the international network of JSC REC, based on the information provided, will:       
- determine the prospects of the client's products in the target market;
- communicate with the Russian exporter to clarify the profile and scope of activity of potential foreign clients (if necessary);
- compile a preliminary list of potential foreign partners in the target market;
- search for contact information of persons responsible for interaction with new suppliers;
- conduct a targeted mailing of presentation materials of the entrepreneur;
- clarify interest in the product and readiness to conduct negotiations;
- provide a final report with a list of potential foreign buyers with contact information for further communication;
- prepare a set of recommendations for further communication with clients and the use of financial and non-financial services of JSC REC, including for concluding an export contract.

The service will be provided within 20 working days (after the application has been checked and the service has been accepted for work).  The service is free .
