It's warm in the North

On Friday, December 19, the "Warm in the North!" fair will open in Murmansk. This traditional space, evoking the New Year's spirit, will open near 11 Vorovskogo Street.

Visitors will be able to purchase souvenirs and exclusive handmade New Year's decorations, choose a Christmas tree, sample Arctic cuisine, buy fish and seafood from the "Nasha Ryba" food trucks, and visit the ice bar. Postcards can be sent from the fair's post office—this year, not only within Russia but also to anywhere in the world. Themed photo locations will be available, and children will enjoy a slide and an ice maze trap.

Opening hours of the New Year's Fair "It's Warm in the North!":
December 19, 20, 21: from 12:00 to 20:00

Along with the fair, on December 19, an ice rink will open in the square on Leningradskaya Street. Admission is free with your own skates. For your convenience, a rental shop will be open, and guests will be offered hot arctic drinks and pastries. The rink will be open daily until 20:00, and the skate rental shop will be open from 12:00 to 18:00.

In addition, on December 26, the square near the Meridian Congress Hotel will be transformed into a winter town: a children's carousel will be operating near the main Christmas tree, children will be able to sit on an ice throne and make a wish in Father Frost's Ice House, and master classes for children and adults will be held in the festive crafts house.
