The Murmansk Region Cluster Development Center invites you to a professional development program on working with Indian tourists.

The online training will be held from September 21st to 23rd. It will be useful for all service industry professionals: hotel managers and employees, food service providers, tour operators, travel agents, and guides.

Interest in the Murmansk Region among Indian travelers is growing every year—in six years, the flow of tourists from India to our region has increased 130-fold. Participants will learn more about the culture, mentality, and expectations of Indian tourists for effective communication and service, and will become familiar with the criteria for certification according to the "India Friendly" standard. Those who

successfully pass the final test will receive a certificate of advanced training. Only full-time employees of enterprises participating in the Murmansk Region tourism and recreation cluster are eligible to participate in the training. A completed secondary or higher education is mandatory. The training is fee-based. The cost per student is 10,000 rubles. Space is limited. Registration is open until August 20th at this link.
