The All-Russian award ceremony for international cooperation and export, "Exporter of the Year. Made in Russia," took place yesterday in Moscow. Thirty-four companies and individual entrepreneurs were recognized as the country's best exporters.

First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov opened the ceremony: "We see growth in non-resource, non-energy exports by 2025—an increase of 11%. We also see positive dynamics in the first seven months of this year: 8%. Therefore, we are moving in the right direction."

The third-place prize in the "Tourism Industry" category was awarded to Oleg Terebenin, head of Visit Murmansk LLC. The company has been introducing tourists to the unique nature and beauty of the Arctic since 2008. It operates its own transportation and eco-hotel, and employs experienced drivers, guides, and translators. Visit Murmansk LLC has established strong partnerships with dozens of companies throughout the region.

This year, 1,341 applications were received for the award from 76 regions representing all eight federal districts. Applications were submitted by large companies, small and medium-sized businesses, and individual entrepreneurs. Specifically, 299 applications were received from large businesses, while 1,042 applications were received from small and medium-sized businesses.

In 2026, changes were made to the award procedure: the competition was integrated with the "Made in Russia" national promotion program, giving holders of the program's distinctive sign additional advantages when evaluating the results.

The award was established by the Government of the Russian Federation and is awarded to organizations and individual entrepreneurs for achievements in the export of non-resource, non-energy goods, works, services, and the results of intellectual activity. It is part of the national project "International Cooperation and Export."
