Murmansk Region is one of the first in the country to implement a system for processing business requests
The feedback platform of the State Services portal has a new functionality that allows legal entities and individual entrepreneurs to submit an appeal on the most frequently asked questions that businesses face and receive a response from the regions in a short time. The Murmansk Region is one of the first in the country to implement the system.
Already now, through the feedback platform of the State Services portal, entrepreneurs can receive advice, assistance or solve a problem related to business support and maintenance, human resources, use of natural resources, connection to utility networks, highways, etc.
The new system will be supported by the existing infrastructure of the Regional Investment Standard: development agencies will monitor the quality of processing applications and identify the most pressing business problems, and investment committees under the heads of regions will be responsible for solving them.
"It's great that such a service has appeared in our region. There can never be too many support tools. If there is another window where an entrepreneur or investor can turn with their problems, questions, suggestions, this will certainly have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial climate in the region. And our businessmen can feel more comfortable. You will definitely receive an official answer within the specified timeframes established by the regulations, and this will allow you to align yourself in the coordinate system, understand where something needs to be tweaked, you will immediately be directed either to me or to other structures that help business," Marta Govor, Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in the Murmansk Region, commented on the appearance of the new service.
The maximum response time, depending on the complexity of the question, will be 5, 10 and 30 calendar days. The applicant can evaluate the received response on a scale from 1 to 5 points.
"The publicity of the results of processing investors' questions is also extremely important. It is necessary to show whether the problem has been solved. The feedback platform is ready, and we plan to connect all regions of the country to receiving requests," emphasized the head of the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Maksut Shadayev.
The first to implement the system for processing business requests will be the Republics of Bashkortostan, Crimea, Sakha, Tatarstan, the Udmurt Republic, Krasnodar, Perm, Khabarovsk Krais, Belgorod, Volgograd, Vologda, Kaliningrad, Kaluga, Kurgan, Kursk, Leningrad, Lipetsk, Moscow, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Oryol, Rostov, Sakhalin, Sverdlovsk, Tula, Tyumen, Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl Oblasts and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. It is planned that the remaining Russian regions will join the 30 pilot regions by April 1, 2025.
