Polar fishing industry companies, with the assistance of the ANO "Murmansk Region Export Support Center", are taking part in the international exhibition VII Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia 2024 in St. Petersburg.

The event started yesterday and will end on Thursday, September 19.

It should be noted that the VII Global Fishery Forum & Seafood Expo Russia 2024 is the largest international event in the country's fishing industry with a rich business program. In addition, participation in the event provides a unique opportunity to present the region and your products, find new buyers, and learn about the main trends and events in the industry.

Participants include representatives of all areas of the fishing industry. These are fishing and processing companies, aquaculture and mariculture enterprises, developers of equipment for processing, fishing, and equipping ships. There are also companies offering solutions for packaging, storage, and cargo transportation.

Traditionally, with the assistance of the regional Export Support Center, the collective stand of the Murmansk Region has started its work: four small and medium-sized businesses (JSC Nord-West F.K., LLC Park, SPK RK Severnaya Zvezda and IP Lichutin A.V.) are presenting their products at the exhibition.

On the first day of the exhibition, participants held negotiations with representatives of companies from China, South Korea, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and other countries.

Also working at the exhibition is the head of the representative office of JSC Russian Export Center in Kaliningrad and the curator of the Murmansk region in terms of export activities, Alexander Pryakhin. His task is to discuss with Murmansk companies plans for the development of the region's exports, opportunities for increasing the volume of exported products and the exchange of experience.

ANO "Center for Export Support of the Murmansk Region" provides services to small and medium-sized businesses with the aim of enabling companies to export and expand the geography of supplies within the framework of the national project "Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives" with the assistance of the regional Ministry for Arctic Development and Economy.
