Andrey Chibis: In the Murmansk region, agreements have been concluded with the company "TSD" for the construction of more than 200 thousand square meters of new housing
The Murmansk Region Government signed an agreement on the construction of three residential complexes in the Murmansk Region. The signing was attended by the Governor of the Murmansk Region Andrei Chibis, the General Director of TSD Evgeniy Kunitsky, the heads of city administrations: Murmansk - Yuriy Serdechkin, Kirovsk - Yuriy Kuzin, Monchegorsk - Andrei Rudakov.
The Murmansk Region Government, together with a major developer, is preparing housing construction projects in the Murmansk Region. At this stage, several sites have already been identified, and detailed development of the parameters and mechanisms for housing construction is underway. The areas selected for the start are in the Roslyakovo microdistrict in Murmansk, and the cities of Kirovsk and Monchegorsk. The total investment in the projects will amount to about 25 billion rubles. The total potential of the three sites is more than 200 thousand square meters.
"Several factors came together to attract large developers to the region. Firstly, a clearly laid out master plan, which provides an understanding of the future of the region. Then an understanding of demand appears. Secondly, an analysis of the income and accumulated funds of our residents helped us. And thirdly, we provide land plots, the necessary tax benefits, help with the infrastructure, and then the economics of the process takes shape. Therefore, if 3-4 years ago we could not drag anyone into the region, today we already have competition in the sphere of housing construction. Considering the company's experience, the projects that were implemented in other regions, as well as the financial security of our partners, I am sure that everything will be done. The speed of administrative decisions once again shows our interest in the appearance of new housing and opening up opportunities for our residents to improve their living conditions. And of course, the Arctic mortgage is a very important additional incentive, it is a radical increase in demand. When there is an opportunity to take out a loan 10 times cheaper, it is worth a lot. “Many thanks to the President for his support,” noted Murmansk Region Governor Andrey Chibis.
According to company representatives, 44 thousand square meters of new housing will appear in Roslyakovo and Kirovsk, and 120 thousand square meters in Monchegorsk.
"This is a very significant day for us. These are three more agreements to the one signed at the forum in St. Petersburg. The total investment volume under these agreements will be 25 billion rubles. All these investments will be implemented in three locations. Thanks to the master plans developed by the government, it has become clearer to investors how we should move forward, what plan, together with the government, directly in these territories. It is becoming clear what points of dynamic growth exist in the region and due to what sales will be ensured in those locations where we will build housing. In general, the direction of development of the construction industry that Governor Andrei Chibis has set directly in the region, including thanks to the developed master plans, we consider very positive. I would like to add that entering new regions is an important element of our development strategy," emphasized TSD General Director Evgeny Kunitsky.
