Andrey Chibis presented the head of state with master plans in accordance with the objectives of each of them:

Murmansk is a strategic center where important projects for the country are being implemented: development of the Murmansk transport hub, gasification, creation of a ship repair complex, a multifunctional transshipment complex and a terminal for transshipment of fertilizers. 2. Kirovsko-Apatitskaya - a ski resort and winter sports center, the main scientific center of the Russian Arctic;

3. Monchegorsk is a mineral resource center that ensures the production of nickel and the development of lithium ore deposits.

Within the framework of the plan, 311 events have been formed, the total cost of which is estimated at more than 4 trillion rubles, of which 70% will be private investments, and more than 30 thousand new jobs will be created.

The projects will be implemented over 10 years, starting in 2025.
