ANO "Murmansk Region Export Support Center" together with the regional Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy invite export-oriented companies of the region to the international consultation of JSC "REC" on the topic "Belarus - a strategic partner: growth points for export and import".

Belarus continues to be one of the main trading partners of Russia. In 2023, the trade turnover between Belarus and Russia exceeded $ 50 billion in equivalent.

During the consultation, participants will learn about promising product groups for export and import, receive step-by-step instructions on doing business with Belarusian counterparties, get acquainted with the trends of the Belarusian market, learn how to find reliable partners and suppliers, as well as draw up documents and go through customs clearance.

Head of the REC Representative Office in the Republic of Belarus Viktor Doronkevich will tell exporters about the specifics of entering the market and the most promising areas for developing industrial cooperation between Russia and Belarus under restrictions, will present an overview of promising product groups for import and export from Belarus, will talk about the possibilities of finding alternative suppliers, and about the possibilities of non-financial and financial-insurance support from the REC.

The event will also feature the following speakers:

• representative of the law firm "Grata International BW";
• representatives of the National Center for Medical and Cultural Studies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus;
• representative of the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange;
• representatives of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus;
• representatives of the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus;
• representative of the Union of Belarusian Entrepreneurs.

During the meeting, invited experts, upon receipt of specialized questions in advance, will offer their recommendations for working in the target country as part of a question-and-answer session.
