The Regional Export Support Center, together with the Ministry of Arctic Development and Economy of the Murmansk Region, offers polar exporters to use the service of assistance in organizing and implementing the transportation of products to foreign markets.

In accordance with the amendments made to the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia dated 18.02.2021 No. 77, the amount of support for the transportation of products abroad has increased from 500 thousand to 1 million rubles per company.

This service is provided on a co-financing basis: the Export Support Center pays up to 80% of the costs of providing the service, and the enterprise pays at least 20%.

The service may include assistance in organizing and implementing transportation of products, loading and unloading operations, reloading from one transport to another, storage, sorting, consolidation, disaggregation, labeling, palletizing, and repackaging of products.

It is important to note that the Export Support Center provides the service if the small and medium-sized business entity has a concluded export contract, which provides for obligations to transport products to a foreign buyer.
