In Tula, as part of the IV Congress of regional investment agencies and development corporations, an award ceremony for the winners of the National Award in the field of investment development of Russian regions "Leaders of Investment Development-2023" was held. As a result, the team of the Murmansk region took awards in two nominations - for the best investment portal and for the best video about the investment attractiveness of the region. 
 
The National Award in the field of investment development of regions "Leaders of Investment Development" is being held for the first time, it was organized by the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies. The jury included representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, RANEPA, RSPP, federal development institutes, specialized associations, as well as heads of investment development agencies of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan. The jury was headed by Co-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies, President of the RSPP Alexander Nikolaevich Shokhin. 

A total of 127 applications from 59 regions were submitted to participate in the competition, a detailed assessment of 85 investment portals and 43 investment maps was carried out. The awards were presented to the winners by Rafael Khusyainshin, Deputy Executive Director of NAAIR. As a result, the Murmansk Region became the leader in two nominations - "Best Investment Portal" and "Best Video on the Investment Attractiveness of the Region".

Let us remind you that  the Investment Portal of the Murmansk Region  has been repeatedly noted by experts as one of the best regional portals in the country. It is a convenient navigator for business: it contains information about investment niches, infrastructure, current tax regimes and benefits, opportunities and support measures. Among the strengths of the information resource, experts noted a modern design and well-developed structure, digital services: "Arctic Benefits Calculator", assistance in preparing projects, educational programs, search for partners and suppliers, a direct line of requests. As of the beginning of October 2023, the Investment Portal had 26.2 thousand unique visitors, which is 2.5 thousand visitors more than in 2022. The most visited section was "AZRF Preferences". 

The second award was given to the regional government team for a video about the investment potential of the Murmansk region, which was presented at the SPIEF in June of this year.
